The Covid-19 Pandemic has dramatically affected all of our lives and continues to do so. Today, there are new inherent risks relative to contracting the virus in everything we do and a dental visit is no exception. We are doing everything we can to minimize those risks.  Our dental office follows the infection control recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA) and Ohio Dental Association (ODA). The ADA communicates with the Centers of disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for their input. As a member of the ADA and ODA we regularly receive updates via email as the situation is very unsettled.  You may notice some changes during your visit. These are designed to protect our patients and staff.  Some examples include: 
We will ask some screening questions when scheduling you appointment. You will be asked those questions again when arrive at our office and your temperature will be taken.
Our staff will also respond to the screening questions and we take our temperature when we enter the office at the beginning of the day.
If possible, we will have you stay in your car until we are ready to see you.  This is to limit patient contact in the reception area.  If you can, come alone for your appointment.
We allocate more time for your visit to allow for social distancing between patients and to perform extra infection control procedures. There are other measures we are taking to reduce the risk of the spread of the virus.  Please feel free to ask questions or raise any concerns you may have regarding your visit.
